Shipping policy

We ship across India and to select international locations.

Domestic orders are shipped within 3–14 business days unless otherwise stated. Since most of our products are made-to-order and some may also be on pre-order, processing timelines can occasionally be longer.

International orders follow the same processing timeline, and delivery can take approximately 7–14 days once dispatched. If you opt for express shipping, this applies only to the transit time. The processing time remains the same unless discussed and confirmed prior to purchase. Urgent orders cannot be accommodated without prior arrangements.

Shipping updates and tracking details will be shared via email or SMS after your order is shipped. Delays due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs, national or personal holidays, and courier issues are beyond our control, but we will always try to keep you informed.
