Spring 2026 Internships
At Niharika Vivek, we offer an accredited student internship program within different departments of our design house. Each individual program provides an educational hands-on experience to grow and learn, while obtaining useful working practices to excel in the fast paced environment of fashion.
Must live or be able to travel to Bangalore for the duration of the internship. We do not offer remote internships.

communications Internship
We’re looking for a Communications Intern to manage client interactions across email, DMs, and WhatsApp. This role involves maintaining consistent follow-ups, tracking client concerns, and ensuring timely, thoughtful resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails, DMs, and WhatsApp messages
- Track and remember ongoing client queries/issues
- Maintain regular follow-ups and communication
- Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
Details:
- Part-time / flexible (not full-time)
- Hybrid: Work-from-home with some in-person days in Bangalore
- Start immediately. Minimum 3 months.
Operations Internship
We’re looking for an Operations Intern with major responsibility in fulfilment & post-production to oversee quality checks, inventory, coordinate shipping, and ensure a smooth delivery experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on all finished pieces
- Keep a check of inventory
- Manage end-to-end shipping and dispatch
- Confirm orders with clients (calls/KIT) prior to shipping
- Ensure dispatch timelines do not exceed 6 days
- Update and share tracking details post-shipment
- Work closely with the Communications team to align on client updates

- Part-time / flexible (not full-time)

Research & development internship
We’re looking for a Research & Development Intern to support the brand’s growth through backend operations, financial tracking, and strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the website
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial tracking
- Support budgeting and payroll
- Monitor customer, sales and website analytics
- Contribute to growth, development, and expansion initiatives
Details:
- Part-time / flexible
- In-person: Bangalore
- Start immediately. Minimum 3 months.

Spacebar Culture Internships
At Niharika Vivek, we are developing a sister brand: Spacebar Culture.
Its the same brain and same heart but in a new language. We are offering an accredited student internship program within different departments. Each individual program provides an educational hands-on experience to grow and learn, while obtaining useful working practices to excel in the fast paced environment of fashion. You also get the opportunity be a part of something new from the same design house as Label Niharika Vivek.

digital media internship
We’re looking for a Digital Media Intern to shape and document the visual and narrative identity of the brand across platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye, an instinct for storytelling, and an interest in fashion and process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and curate content across social media platforms
- Capture and archive behind-the-scenes moments consistently
- Edit photo and video content for daily and campaign use
- Develop and execute storytelling aligned with the brand voice
- Assist with content calendars and regular marketing rollouts
- Be a part of the cultural zeitgeist constantly (stay updated with trends)
- Support shoots and launches (travel with team as needed)
- Collaborate with communications, operations and R&D teams for cohesive output
