Appointment

We are excited to welcome you to our studio in by appointments! You can visit us in two ways: in-person physically or by booking a virtual appointment. Please read our appointment policy before booking with us.

Appointment policy for Physical Visit:

• We are not undertaking any customisations at this time.
• The appointment fee is non-refundable but can be adjusted against a purchase made within 48h of your appointment. 
• No refunds will be issued in the case of no-show, cancellation within the stipulated time frame, or no purchase. 
• Address is listed under "Label Niharika Vivek" on Google. We are based out of Indiranagar, Bangalore.
• If you are over 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled.
• If you plan on bringing more than 2 people with you on this appointment, please inform us beforehand.
• To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 8h before your appointment. Later than that we won't be able to accommodate any rescheduling or cancellations. 
• We reserve the rights to cancel any appointment at any point incase of any operational constraints.
• Please note, you will be visiting our workspace studio with our entire team present, it is not a traditional commercial store set-up.

Appointment policy for Virtual Visit:

• We are not undertaking any customisations at this time. 
• The appointment fee is non-refundable but can be adjusted against a purchase made with within 48h of your appointment. 
• No refunds will be issued in the case of no-show, cancellation within the stipulated time frame, or no purchase. 
• In the duration of this meeting you will be shown our collection in-store and can purchase them right away, the floor is also open to questions about the garments.
• Please have a measuring tape handy (REQUIRED)
• ⁠If you are over 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled.
• If you plan to join with more than 2 people with you, please inform us beforehand.
• To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 8h before your appointment. Later than that we won't be able to accommodate any rescheduling or cancellations. 
• We reserve the right to cancel any appointment at any point in case of any operational constraints.
